The Archer Foundation
The Archer Foundation is the agency originally founded by Raymond Archer in 1950. Despite Raymond and his father Conrad being citizens of England, the Foundation is based in Australia, but conducts global operations. The Archer Foundation maintains a close friendly relationship with both Room 39 and The Guardians of the Whispering Knife.

The Institute is a charitable organization which advocates for improved education world wide, especially in the fields of math and science. It is additionally a think tank concerned with the fields of math, science, engineering, economics, psychology and sociology, and often offers advice to world leaders on these matters.
The Archer Foundation is in part privately funded through the licensing of numerous patents produced by the Institute think tank. It additionally receives public grants from the governments of Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other countries as well as donations from corporations and individuals throughout the world. Finally, the Foundation benefits from a large endowment that was established by Raymond Archer from his personal fortune and overseen by the Archer family. All of this money is funneled and laundered through the Archer Institute in ways which are constantly being tested, examined, and improved.
